Elisa Mascia

Voglio essere luce.

Le parole scritte libere o in rima
sono perle preziose d'ispirazione
nate dal cuore e asciugano lacrima
esprimono dell'attimo l'emozione

spiraglio e speranza a chi è solo donano

In the Silence of the World

I open my eyes
peace is still locked away in the drawer of dreams
It dwells in the inner universe of each one,
a heavy cocoon, it cannot become a butterfly,
it struggles to fly beyond words and futile wars
It wishes to rest between the eyelashes of a child to lull him into serene sleep
It longs to transform every mortar blast
into a symphony of life
that resonates in the silence of our souls
Long is the journey of peace,
fraught with pitfalls,
walls to break down,
bridges of courage to build,
to traverse together, step by step.
Let each of us become the creator of a work of art,
a delicate fabric in which the warp and weft are intertwined threads of hope and dreams.
In this dark, impoverished world,
may peace be light for our hopes,
an invitation to see diversity
not as a threat but as an opportunity.
In the silence of the world, the call for peace resonates every day: let us listen to it!

"Brotherly love "

It persists, peace coexists.
It's about brotherly love, you feel its warmth... you don't feel its burning....
it's not as cold as winter... it doesn't make you sad...
his love endures. Maciste, it is eternal... Hell doesn't exist... people who have love they are not frowned upon...
They're in all the magazines...
they provide supplies, invests celestial, in every difficulty despite the mixed ethnic groups... They have gifts of great skill...
 they are not selfish people...
 A love that doesn't insist...
Exists, persists, resists, coexists in this sad world... This world only gives pain...
pain you feel under your skin...
It's like a cyst which branches out its tracks... a world that doesn't love itself...
but God has already written its history in his memoir...
it is on all his lists in the essence of peace so sublime and endless.
